Terms of Service

1. Service

Be EverGlad Contracting provides software for customer management, leads, estimates, projects/jobs, tasks, invoices, field operations, files, approvals, workflow preparation and related contractor operations. Some integrations or paid services may remain unavailable until an external provider is connected and verified.

2. Free access and subscriptions

Eligible workspaces may receive usage-based free access with no calendar expiry. No credit card is required to start and free access does not automatically become a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only after an authorized user explicitly selects a plan, sees the applicable price and terms, and authorizes payment through a connected payment provider.

Displayed launch prices are Basic USD 21, Pro USD 31 and Business USD 49 per month, subject to applicable taxes and clearly disclosed future changes. Paid checkout is currently inactive.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data they enter, keeping credentials secure, assigning appropriate workspace roles and obtaining any required notices or permissions for personal information they upload.

4. Prohibited use

The service must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, bypassing access controls, denial-of-service activity or abusive automation.

5. Financial workflows

Be EverGlad may record estimates, invoices, payment status and operational financial information, but it is not a bank, tax authority or regulated professional adviser. Raw payment-card credentials must not be stored in the application database.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party infrastructure may have quotas, outages or maintenance periods. Service or terms may change for security, legal, product or commercial reasons.

Fair Usage Policy

Limits may apply to storage, file size, active projects, members, generated documents, automation runs, API activity, concurrent activity or other high-cost operations. Reaching a limit may restrict new expensive operations while preserving existing data and core read/export access where reasonably possible.

Attempts to evade fair-usage controls through duplicate workspaces, scripts, scraping, malicious uploads or similar abuse may result in suspension.

Privacy Notice

Information processed

Depending on use, the service may process account identifiers, workspace membership and roles, customer/contact information entered by users, project and task records, estimates and invoices, files and evidence, audit/security events, device/session information, service logs and usage metrics.

Purposes

Information is processed to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, isolate workspace data, deliver requested features, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure fair usage and support customers.

Infrastructure and international processing

Be EverGlad uses third-party infrastructure including Cloudflare for web delivery, Supabase for application data and authentication, and GitHub for source and deployment workflows. Processing locations and providers may evolve; appropriate technical and organizational safeguards should be used where required.

Security

Controls include role-based access, row-level security, least-privilege browser access, audit events, encrypted network transport and guarded privileged operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and rights

Data is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, legal, backup and dispute-management purposes. Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability requests may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
